The first one helped. It took about two weeks before the effects were felt but the pain subsided considerably. I don't get the purple foot I used to get from standing for half an hour. It still swells and by night time It gets stiff, but otherwise, it's a lot better than before. The second shot included prednisone:

Patient laid on the fluoroscopy table in the prone position.
Procedure Details:
Body area: trunk
Location: sympathetic

Needle size: 22 G
Location technique: anatomical landmarks (Fluoroscopic guidance)
5 mL lidocaine PF 1% (10 mg/mL); 10 mL bupivacaine PF 0.5% (5 mg/mL);
5 mL iohexol 300 mg iodine/mL; 40 mg methylPREDNISolone acetate 40 mg/mL
Patient was prepped and draped in the usual sterile fashion.
Post-procedure Details:
The patient was observed in the ambulatory surgery department.
Instructions: post-procedure instructions were reviewed
The patient discharged from clinic in stable condition.
