thoughts
---------
-firstly I think i'd be a wise idea to incorporate 5-HTP into my regime. I have been considering taking SSRI's for a couple weeks now and would like to try some other alternatives.

-is my Swisse Multivitamin giving me enough of all the B's?

-Curcumin. I've heard its good for inflammation.

-Magnesium Citrate

-anyone had any luck with Ginseng?

Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks
