A quick four year update.
Was doing pretty good with full-time computer work, although no improvement from a year ago.
Last month started a new job. Longer hours, longer commute, more stress.
Having a relapse now. Not nearly as bad as four years ago. Back to Edgelow exercises trying to bring it under control...
