First try drinking more water please. I don't know if you drink much
during the day or any. I don't honestly remember. But it might
honestly help with the itching. Also I have what might seem like
an odd idea. But when you next get the urge to buy something
get an back scratcher, it can be used on all parts of the body. Especially
in this time of the year, I have found that my itching needs a scratch
from something like this more than anything. Its more that my body
seems to be telling me it wants some extra loving from a different
touch.
I also put on just a small amount of cocoa lotion, I found it not to long ago.
it seems to work better than anything else I've ever used. I'm honestly not
even sure why I even tried it. Other than I remembered my massage therapist used it a few times, and it helped my skin.
Now when it comes to eating, instead of worrying about eating. Try remembering to eat more fruits, and salad foods. And meats, they say
these are really good for your body to eat to lose weight.
