Some people are okay with lidocaine, some are not!

Any of the "caines" can make MG worse. Have you used any of them before?

You can ask a dentist (if that's why you asked) to use a smaller amount at first to see how things go.

Just make sure that whatever doctor is using an anesthetic is aware of the possible complications/adverse effects of them on MG patients.
