Default Less force required for 2nd, 3rd, etc concussions?

They say that the more concussions you get, the more likely you are to get an additional one.

Does this mean that the more concussions you get, that it takes fewer G’s of force to cause another concussion? Meaning, eventually just 10 G’s of force could cause a concussion instead of it taking 100 G’s of force?

This has always confused me and my neurologist did not seem to have an answer.
