I wonder if they are going to use the AA book for the group study? I bought a cheap one off of Amazon. It's interesting. There were things I liked about it, and others I didn't. I remember writing a lot of notes in the margins.

The Blue Emu will be good for your mother's hands. You can't use a lot of pain rubs on hands because they contain capsaicin, and if you rub your face, go to the BR, etc they can cause a lot of irritation. Blue Emu is safe to use on the hands.
