In all probability--
--they wouldn't differ much from those taken for all types of neuropathy: a good B complex, particularly with a nice amount of benfotiamine, a separate B12 supplement, preferably methylcobalamin or adenocobalamin (as opposed to cyanocobalamin, just in case the individual has some metabolic issues), some alpha or R-lipoic acid, and perhaps acetyl l carnitine and/or essential fatty acids in the form of fish, krill, or flaxseed oil.
There are no guarantees. of course; while all of these may promote nerve repair a lot depends on the cause of the neuropathy. Given that, one should try to limit sugars, which are not great for nerves even if one is not diabetic or pre-diabetic, and probably one should also look into gluten/celiac testing as well.
