I can't take stress. I don't sleep well. I don't even know if this antidepressant works. I have anxiety which nothing has helped. I have to deal with the effects of the stroke. My right leg hurts a lot and I have trouble walking, little endurance and I have trouble sitting for more than a half hour. I am stable for me. I don't think I want the last two sessions with the pdoc. It will be too stressful. Hopefully if I continue to ride the bike I will feel better.
I woke up with a stomach ache from all the worry.
