This is by no means an open and shut case as you can see from some of the comments in the thread. But it's worth considering and staying tuned until more information in available. Like many sensationalist mass media news stories, this is a poorly executed "investigation", but it's worth taking into account. I wish they had done a better investigation but I don't expect much of mass corporate media and their craving for viewers. However, given that hemp is a plant like any other, contamination from metals in the soil is certainly possible in different sample sizes. The pesticides is more of a concern because CBDistillery claims they don't use pesticides.
