Default Right hand colder than left

Hi,

Just wondering how common it is to have one hand colder than the other? If my right hand which is the symptomatic side is always colder than the left does this mean I have some kind of vein compression or is it simply a sign that there is some nerve compression? This symptom is one that isn't painful, but it is a bit concerning and annoying.

I don't really get the numbness and tingling, mostly the pain symptoms into the arm hand elbow under clavicle, shoulder blade, neck etc. Does anyone else get these types of symptoms without numbness and tingling?
