I didn't have a triggering event like a fall or car accident etc..so I figured soft tissue/posture caused.. and that was the major factor for me.
My PT believes the same thing for me. It wasn't a particular event that caused it. Repetition of the same movements thousands of times over, staying on the computer playing games for hours on end.. high stress etc. They think all these basically racked up and hit me at once. I feel like most of my symptoms are coming from a soft tissue compression via the pec minor.

It's just mind boggling to me that something like this can cause so much pain and so many symptoms. What a drag! The worst is the mental fatigue I think.
