If taking notes is working I wouldn't worry about that, sort of a whatever it takes to accomlish what's required issue.Sometimes with me the problem/frustration was more that I wanted to accomplish something the way I did prior to my accident as opposed to the new way.

Once I accepted going with the flow I was much better off and eventually I was able to be the old me.

I did have to be rather singular task oriented for awhile...I simply couldn't be interrupted at work at times and had to politely let people know I was capable of one thing at a time, eventually I was able to return to stopping a task midstream for the phone or someone's question and being able to pick up where I left off.
