You are talking about Grape Seed Ex, right? I don't know how much you take or your bodyweight, but more can't hurt. Some companies even produce a capsule in 600mg dose, 400mg dose, 300mg dose, I like 200mg dose capsule as I take 2 daily most days...and I weight about 155 give or take.
