Dear Kay,
I am sorry for the added stress of the IRS. It sounds confusing...hoping that writing this out helps to keep you organized as to what to do and when.
Sorry about the maintenance men not coming over.
I think going in person would be better.
Hope you get some info that you can deal with the IRS student loan issue today. So you know for sure what to do.
