I am impressed with myself.
Last night I posted that long post and
never mention my weight or my AF days.
180.2 this morning down from 190.8 2 weeks ago.
12days AF, it is getting easier...
not thinking of beer too much.
I think this intermittent fasting is working and
am watching my carbs some what, though
I did have 2 big slices of rye bread yesterday for brunch.
I only eat during an 8 hour window or less.
I declined the side of grits or diner browns.
Potatoes are really high in carbs. and so are grits.
I skip breakfast which I normally do,
and nothing to eat after dinner.
And that includes no drinking beer.
