Confused Dentures and RSD/Fibromyalgia

Due to having RSD and Fibromyalgia and taking opiate and other pain medications for 22 years, my beautiful teeth crumbled, rotted and broke off. I spent a lot of $ trying to save them but had to have a full mouth extraction October 30, 2018 to get rid of the infection in my mouth.
I've healed fairly well though I have had many bone spurs clipped.
The dentist that did the extractions took impressions and had a set of dentures made before the extractions. I was in too much pain to wear them for months. Now trying them in my mouth I realize they're too big for my mouth and gums, they still hurt and don't look right. I have another bone spur popping out too.
I'm concerned about and won't have any implants done because of my RSD and Fibromyalgia.

A dentist in New York (I live in the SW United States and can't afford to travel to New York), who works with rsd patients suggested I get a full mouth CT scan to see what's happening with my bone structure then have my dentures redone according to where my mouth is now. The trick is finding a good dentist who is willing to learn about rsd and Fibromyalgia and knows how to help craft good looking dentures that fit. Believe me, I've searched for years in my area for a dentist like this. It seems to be more about the money for most dental offices even to the point of putting in toxic mercury fillings, root canals, cheap material crowns and now, implants which all negatively affect our health.

If you live in the Mesa/Phoenix Arizona area and know of a good caring dentist please let me know.
If you have had dentures made please tell me how you adapted to them.
