I hate it when I do that!!! Do you usually feel the meds a lot?
I take heavy meds, and have to wait to see IF something kicks in or I'll double dose myself... which I have done accidentally many times.

I started using those little bright colored dot stickers. They worked well for a while, but they were a PITA. I made a med error again the other night. I don't know if I'm ever going to stop doing that
