Did your neurologist rule out diabetic neuropathy (sounds like he did).
Answer - No they did not, but since A13C had been under 6 for more than a year they said probably that could not be the reason.
My Question - Is there a way for doctors to determine if the neuropathy is due to B6 or alchohol or diabetics? I have next appointment in May. I Am gonna as the doctor as well

Did you mention how much you drink (how much if I may ask)?
1 liters of scotch a week for last 16-18 months

How is your abstinence from alcohol going?
Last 45 days, I drank only thrice. And all 3 times I felt horrible for my nerves for a week or so. I have not touched alcohol for 3 weeks now

Are you finding it difficult?
Actually not. I am spending lot of time with family and participating in kids homework etc. So I am actually not missing at all, except for one odd day where I feel extremely bored on weekend
