There isn't a chance that can cause any physical problems, it's going to be limited purely to anxious reactions.

Think of all the dings and nicks your head has taken over your lifetime that never elicited a worry or second thought before you had a concussion, this one fits into that category.

It's not unusual for us to become rather protective of our heads as PCS isn't fun but you can't fail to use rational thought to settle such small everyday life issues.

I always refer back to what would I have done about a bump prior to my accident, if I wouldn't have worried about such an bump pre then I can't worry about it post accident.
