Default Papilledema 27 year old (advice )

Hi their I’m 27year old female just looking for some advice and support as it’s limited in real life I went to my doctor for check up on Friday for heart related issue I have that I get regular checks for mentioned that I am getting pain in head when going to loo not even straining much pain when cough sneeze pain late at night and early morning and very bad nausea this is all worsened since my first seizure one month ago but the head issues been ongoing maybe just six months or over she checked my eyes and said their is pressure and named it early Papilledema and I was sent to hospital stayed until yesterday where i discharged myself stupid I know but out of sheer panic they done ct with contrast ct without out and we’re going to repeat again today also a lumbar puncture I don’t have family so I just panicked Nd signed myself out after a day and night in hospital they advised me any sickness or slight pain to get right back up but I have been told neurologist will be in touch quicker since I was admitted among my other symptoms are numbness of the face mainly up nose cheeks jumbling my words stuttering really forgetful ringing ears a lot pain when doing toilet visual loss when doing toilet or any kind off strenuous activity the thing that’s concerning me the most and scaring me most especially as I live alone is I keep forgetting things and it’s came on quite sudden and often won’t be all through out the day but I’m not looking for answers as such just advice or if anyone is gone through or going through simalr as it’s all new to me and quite scary and I do feel quite alone thanks x
