I'm sorry your leg and ankle are really bothering you. You may want to try stretching out your whole leg and doing range of motion exercises with your ankle if you can tolerate it. I hope the brace helps you, and it feels better soon

The Blue Emu is about $27 for a 12oz jar (which is HUGE) and about $13 for a 4oz jar on Amazon. They sell it at pharmacies and stores like Walmart if you want to pick it up there... more convenient, just a bit more expensive.
