I would seek out a TOS specialist at Stanford. I saw a two different vascular surgeons who said I was fine and nothing they could do, but saw a TOS specialist at Stanford who was able to identify the problem with the right tests/images and found that I needed surgery. Not the outcome I wanted, but hopeful for some relief.

The sx I saw basically said nothing to do. From his point of view vein looks ok. Narrowed but doesn't swell up anymore.
I am scheduled for an EMG study in a couple weeks. I have tried ART/manual therapy. Relieves symptoms for maybe a day, then they come back.
I am moving to Sacramento Ca area at the end of July. Anyone have any advice on the next step or anyone that specializes in the Sacramento/SF area?
thank you
