don't be shocked...i'm checking in.
i had been eating bad during the move. not SUPER bad, but i'm not used to fast food.
the last week has been good. lots of cut up veggies and fruit. lots of water. oatmeal...shredded wheat...that type of foods.
lol..don't laugh..well, ok laugh at me...but i can't find my scale, so i don't know if i have lost any weight. i need to. fast. i start working on the first.
i don't want any extra bulges while i train people!
my back is super bad right now. i'm hoping to rest as much as possible the next few days.
i think you are correct about lyrica jo. many pain meds have that nasty side effect.
