Also, my right foot had been in pain with any long walking, exercise in general. Trying so hard to stay in shape but seems hopeless anymore. Neurologist said not connected, but I am really starting to wonder if connected to the cysts. I am 65 years old and just found out when I went for an mri for constant sciatica. Pain mostly below my waist and leg and feel lopsided. Heel pain cramp in same right side foot.

Any advice, similar experiences appreciated.

Hi, I have been in pain for three years. I just went to a PT who found the Tarlow Cyst on my sacrum. My MRI is over 2 years old. I have been to two pain management docs who never said a thing to me about it. I have been to chiropractic, PT, accuuncture, i had SI injections. The whole nine. Have you seen a neurosurgeon?
