Please Bobby, try to hang in there. I understand how difficult bathroom problems can be, but trust me, it could be worse... (((HUGS)))
I'm glad that you are going to the GI if taking a whole bottle of mag. citrate is not making you go to the BR.
And it is conceivable that you have an ulcer after many months of the stomach problems that you have been having. But there are prescription medications that can help with that

If you are waking up with stomach pains, try to eat something light shortly after you wake up. If you have an ulcer, that may make your belly feel better. Something like applesauce or toast would be good, but really anything light should do.
I would stay away from chocolate and anything high in acid like citrus fruits and tomatoes/tomato products like ketchup. Those things really get to me.
I don't see any reason why you should stop eating ice cream unless you want to lose weight. Adding more vegetables and foods with fiber into your diet could help with your constipation, but I don't think you should worry too much about what you are eating until you see the GI and consult him about it

I hope that you feel better (((HUGS)))
