Sorry, I neglected to address the factor of the fainting. That is worth investigating.
I have face planted a few times. Likely hypotension (low blood pressure, especially in response to getting up).
Lots of tests done. No abnormalities. Benign Orthostatic (or Postural) Hypotension.
