It's possible. I would get evaluated by a doctor with experience with CRPS but also have them rule out other things. CRPS is almost a diagnosis of exclusions and most often begins with an initial trauma or surgery to the area but it's not impossible to have it without that. I take lyrica and hydrocodone and still have burning, for what it's worth. I hope you get some answers soon!
