I finally got some sleep last night. I took .5 clonopin. Had to sleep. It was interrupted but did not crawl out of bed till after 9. I am usually up by 5. Laying ther waiting for sun to rise.

My neck is giving me trouble. Using heating pad, topical and doing PT as usual. Not much is helping. Will need a prn soon.

Made the tortellini last night. Added chicken, peas and calamalta olives to parm cheese sauce. I use canned white meat chicken from Costco. So nice to have on hand and a salid. Ice cream for desert.

Started cleaning the kitchen and floors yesterday. Need to clean refrigerators. Pulled a few weeds this am. Moving slow.
