You can call your pdoc and ask him to send in an amended script for next time instead of paying the higher price...

I wish you would go see him so you can talk to him in person and discuss whether or not you are depressed and need another med. From what you have said in the past, he seems cautious, so I don't think he would put you on anything crazy
