I won't pretend to have a good solution for you because I feel like I'm the queen of med mistakes.
I feel weird if I don't take my meds, too. If I don't take my night meds now, I feel
really messed up, but by the time I feel that way, it's way too late to take them.
I had problems remembering who I had to contact about automatic payments and logins for some websites after I had to get a new debit card, too. It was a PITA.
