I’m sorry that you have been consistently anxious and irritable lately I can’t remember if you are going to see your pdoc, or if you reach out to him over the phone, he would be willing to prescribe something to supplement your antidepressant?

Does your AC have a thermostat on it? You could set it a little higher at night so that you do get SOME cool air and can sleep... I know that you are worried about $$$, but you need your sleep (((HUGS)))
Lack of sleep could contribute to your irritability.
