I have found LLLT to be huge for my brain - not just the sensitivity. I have a powerful light that I got on amazon for $30-40.

Cold showers help a lot. Acupuncture too. I do self-acu with tooth picks. Now I do not go deep keep in mind. I get spots in the skull that release some intracranial pressure.

Self massage on the skull is helpful too. There are lots of sore spots that you will find if you try it out. Work them out. Matrix Re-patterning probably is really helpful, but I didn't stick it out. I feel like my brain had other things going on that made it hard to notice.

PEMF is huge for the sensitivty too. I have a micropulse device that helps, but I'm making my own high powered one soon. I have most of then parts, but now I need to figure out how to put it all together (having no previous electrical skills and knowledge).

A must is reducing EMFS. My brain is totally different since keeping Wi-Fi off at home and using my phone minimally. Keep it on airplane or off if you can.
