I understand it must get frustrating to answer these posts. But we haven't learnt to accept this ******** as part of our lives, and to be honest I hope I never do.

Further, many of the people posting here (myself included) experience physical and mental symptoms from these hits that would not have concerned us pre-injury. I get sharp pain in the head and feelings of fatigue, loss of concentration and difficulty thinking. I could hardly be blamed for thinking something is wrong.

Thanks to treatment at a pain clinic I was able to chip away at this chronic sensitisation to the point where things like running or getting slapped on the back only produce minor pain now, and I get no cognitive symptoms.

Now regarding my post, I know it was long but I said I believe I received 30g force.

And anxiety does not last multiple weeks. I know this from personal experience as the anxiety events will have me back at work the next day no worries.
