Hi Bobby ~ Have you tried controlled breathing, where you concentrate on your in-breath and slowly exhale? It helps to slow down the nervous system and once you are concentrating on your breath, you won't think about your anxiety for even a few brief moments, will give you a break.
As long as you do not have asthma or any chronic lung issues, concentrating on your breath may be beneficial.
