A study conducted by Taipei Medical University and published in "Asia Pacific Journal of Clinical Nutrition" in 2010 found that patients with irritable bowel syndrome with chronic constipation had increased and quicker bowel movements after eating two kiwis per day for four weeks than patients who took placebos.

I just ordered a lot of kiwis. I don't seem to have much gas now but the laxative still isn't working. I will call the doctor today if nothing happens.
I read somewhere that probiotics can take two weeks to start working. I just bought some lactaid just in case.

I just bought a big storage container for all my tunics. That might make things easier.
I have been spending so much money and I think my ac bill will be 400 dollars.
I am so stressed and scared but not depressed.
I will try another cup of coffee.
I am on gabapentin and didn't know it was a mood stabilizer. I have been so unstable.
