I'm sorry that you go through this Kay.((Hugs)) It sounds awful, but you will get through these type of episodes. I can relate to feeling bad, and then something happens and I feel worse. Then something else can happen that shatters my emotions to pieces. I don't know why we go through these things. It is a mystery. Sometimes people trigger it. BF
