have the same throat sensations you do.. was diagnosed with SFN (even though I had a negative skin biopsy) and told that SFN patients can experience overlapping autonomic neuropathies.. throat sx may be due to those autonomic neuropathies.. don't know for sure.. but had one neurologist suggest this.
