again my eating was out of control and at eleven I ate eggplant parmigiano.
I ate two cans of chickpeas and snap peas earlier and two cans of soup.. I wonder if I can just tell the g.i. doctor that I suffer from bad depression and anxiety and over eat often and could be that the reason for my stomach discomfort. It bothered me again this morning. I am sort of frustrated when I read now. I really need to wear my reading glasses and they are uncomfortable. I know my spending is because of my depression, I hardly see Zeynep because she knows what a hard time I have walking and need to use a cab and I worry about expenses. I listened to Josh Groban all night and morning.
