DOROT Programs for Seniors - DOROT

I use this organization to have volunteers take me to doctors' appointments and the religious classes. I think I am going to try to get Shabbos meals, I think I also want to try to get a volunteer to visit me once a week. I don't know if they will accept me because I am bipolar. I don't know what age group I want the volunteer to come from.
My apartment is so messy because of all the pills and supplements and books but Marci cleans it twice a week. A social worker would first come and visit me to evaluate me.This is where I got the Rabbi I adored. I have to call to see if I get another one. Jordan told me I would get another one.
I think my isolation is making everything so worse.everything was so black when I woke up this morning.
