Sometimes, I increase my oil intake (chocolate works).
Also, I periodically follow my mdoc's suggestion from two (or three?) years ago:
Take one Tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar with one glass of water (and to rinse the vinegar from my mouth and teeth with water.)

She initially made the suggestion because I was getting stomach aches.
I discovered that the Apple Cider Vinegar helps with being regular.
