Meformin, a common diabetes drug, also causes mitochondrial dysfunction, which in turn can create neuropathy.
If you look at the "side effects" of Lyrica, you'll discover that loss of balance is one (and no thanks, I don't need any help with that) and neuropathy's another!! When I discovered that two years ago, I weaned myself off the stuff. Felt much better - brain fog went away and so did 40 pounds! Good all round.
Another of the deadly drugs is any of the fluoroquinolones. Cipro, etc. Really bad - they now have a black box warning.

How come your list of drugs that can cause neuropathy didn't show up anywhere? Or did they, and I missed them?
