Hi, hopefully this is helpful. I have the same thing, and I've been told it's migraine related (I don't get severe headaches, so I was skeptical...apparently you don't have to get headaches to have migraine). There's a lot of meds that can supposedly decrease your sensitivity. Might be worth checking out this site and seeing if your symptoms match: **
