I'm sorry for your difficulties....
You may be grinding your teeth which could cause the lower front teeth to ache. If you wear a night guard or an ortho retainer, it may need to be adjusted as your bite may be different post op extractions.
Your lower teeth could also ache from referred pain as the posterior jaw bone was manipulated to remove the teeth. Do the teeth hurt just to touch them or only if you use them to eat? Do you notice the pain is worse in the AM or PM?
Which areas had dry sockets?
Sinus pressure and inflammation are normal post op wisdom tooth extraction. So is facial pain. This could last for a few days up to several weeks... gradually decreasing in intensity. Applying warm MOIST compresses to the outside of your face can help reduce the pain and get the circulation flowing.
Do you have any unusual discharge or blood coming from your nose?
Do you smoke? Smoking can cause additional inflammation and pain, dry sockets, and slow healing.
Are you rinsing with warm salt water 3 times a day and brushing and flossing all of your teeth twice a day? This rinsing should be continued until the surgical wounds are closed. Are you using a syringe of any type to remove debris from the wounds? If so, use it gently and only twice day unless you get something caught.
