I know exactly why my foot or ankle hurts so it should get better after a while.
My toes do daily. Now Bizi I second the getting to PT, tedonitis is a time
thing. Also I don't know if massaging it would help, but that would be one
thing I would have my pt do. If I were to go. But only because for
me my leg and ankle get really tight when they get hurt and I have to
have them massaged to get that to go away and start feeling better too.
Also I'd try the hot I don't know what they call them, the hot towel type things.
Also I do kinnecto or what ever the spelling is tape. It really helps my ankles and shoulders. But they have to put it on. But when it works its great.
