Default Partner bumping your head while sleeping

This happen to anyone else? I've awoken from sleep more than once from a backhand or elbow to the head since she tosses and turns from nightmares on occasion. My partner also goes to sleep later than me and last night she randomly moved in and tried to snuggle [while I was asleep]. She moved in too fast and headbutted the back of my head with her forehead and it hurt enough to the point where I couldn't fall back asleep and had to ice it down. Are these just considered 'minor bumps? Or are they more likely to be subconcussive or even close to the lower end of concussion range? Even before recent head injuries, the concept of sleeping too close to a partner was something that kind of bothered me since I like to have a little personal space.
