Hubby and I are o.k.


When he was sick and I was looking for food we had that he could keep down,
I found some cut up Rotisserie Chicken in the freezer.

He buys whole prepared Rotisserie Chicken from the grocery store
that he cuts in fourths to freeze for us to heat in the microwave later.)

I experimented with this and it worked:

1) 1/4 frozen rotisserie chicken
2) Water
3) Small saucepan
4) Medium boil
No need for preparation with spices or anything
because the grocery store already did that work.
