Be honest with the chiropractor. Do not be afraid to tell him what is really going on.
A good practitioner should listen and be gentle on your neck if that is what is going on.
Do not lose hope. I did not find very effective healing until 5.5+ years out. I've healed considerably in the last 6 months and I live with profound peace, purpose, and enjoyment.
Whatever the main causes of your symptoms are, you will have to go after those to heal. It is usually multiple factors. Diet is huge. Neck injuries can be a massive factor and contribute to as many neurological problems as a brain injury.
Often, it seems, the brain and neck is injured.
Your English is plenty good. Do not worry about that.
