I did try one when I first bought them. I did not feel any different.

I figured I would have to try a handful instead of one.



I called the acupuncturist this morning.
She has a nice voice.
She gave me an appointment for Thursday at 2:30 and will be sending me an
email with something to fill out.
I told her I need help with depression.

Hubby might have a fit about this.
I was going to an acupuncturist when I met him.
I don't remember our conversations about it but
I think he would find it not a good use of our money.


I'll have to not tell him initially.
