The pain had travelled from my back tooth and gum, to my jaw, ear and left hand side of my face. The pain would last for a few minutes and be quite intense, but then stop suddenly. I had a MRI, which came back normal. I am taking Endep and it seems to be helping, but I still have a numb feeling in the back tooth. At this stage, do I go back to the dentist for a second opinion or should I just accept that this is TN and keep taking Endep? Has anyone else found a cause?
Hi Raven Lilly, I am in the same process and it looks like I might have a diagnosis of TN as well. I still do not fully understand what I can expect, not expect etc.. but I am learning too. Good luck on your search, I will be following your posts for answers as well.
